Wolfson College employs approximately 80 members of staff. We advertise widely for new staff, using websites and the Jobcentre as well as the local press. Our recruitment procedures include the issuing of recruitment monitoring forms which are held in our HR Office. Every member of staff has a budget for training needs, and we will shortly be introducing an appraisal system which will address individual staff training requirements on a more regular basis.
In September, we employed a part-time HR Officer, and will be considering the need to carry out a formal Equality Assessment in due course.
Figures on student admissions are presented to our Governing Body in Hilary Term and are being prepared at present for this purpose.

Dear Jan Scriven,

Thank you for your response. However I do not believe that you have provided the information requested.

I have specifically requested information relating to the RRA amendment 2000, concerning monitoring by racial group and equality impact assessments.

Please send me any evidence of monitoring by racial group and any
Equality Impact Assessments that you have carried out to ensure
that your policies and decisions do not have a negative impact on
any particular racial group.

Yours sincerely,

Gregory Lewis
