Money spent on flood defences across Hertsmere

I would like to know how much has been spent on flood defences over the last 5 years. In addition, I would also like to find out how much the council has spent repairing flood damages.

Your request has now been considered under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act and/or Environmental Information Regulations and we are
able to respond as follows:
Your request:
I would like to know how much has been spent on flood defences over the
last 5 years. In addition, I would also like to find out how much the
council has spent repairing flood damages.
Our response:
Hertsmere Borough Council has spent £1, 958,894 on flood defence works
from 2013/14 to 2017/18.
There has been no money spent on the repair of flood damage.
