1. What is your current telephony system? Meridian - 1x Option 11 and 3x
Norstar
2. How many users of the telephony system? Approx 200
3. When is the contract up for renewal? 25/01/2021
4. Are you considering or interested in Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct
Routing)? Possibly
5. The name (separately) and email address of the primary contact for this
contract? Procurement Department - [2][email address]
6. Current annual spend? £3603

Mobile phone contracts
1. Who is your current mobile phone provider? 02 & Three
2. How many mobile connections? O2: 249 – 192 Voice & data & 57 Data
only; Three:  52- Data only
3. When is the contract up for renewal? 02:  July 2022; Three: December
2021 for 41 Sims and 11 Sims on Rolling Month to Month contract
4. How long do you contract for (24 or 36 months)? Depends on the deal
offered, Current one is 24 months with an option to extend if we want.
5. The name (separately) and email address of the primary contact for this
contract? ICT Support Manager
6. Current annual spend? O2: is relatively new contract but our spend on
mobile telephony on projections would be:

O2:  Approx. £36-40k per annum; Three is only 1 month old and have no data
but rough approximation would be £4k per annum

Crown Commercial Services frameworks
Do you procure through the Networks Services 2 framework? (RM3808
previously RM1045)
If not, how do you procure mobiles and telecommunication
services/solutions? The 02 contract was procured through CCS Framework
but not sure which one.  Three was not as it falls under the threshold of
annual cost per year to have to go through framework so was done based on
three separate quotes.
