Cranfield University has completed its search for the information
requested and can confirm that we do hold information.  Our response is
given below.

 

Telephony System

 

 1. What is your current telephony system?

Unify (now ATOS) OpenScape

 

 2. How many users of the telephony system?

Approx 2200 extensions

 

 3. When is the contract up for renewal? 

Currently on rolling extensions while renewal quotes are being obtained

 

 4. Are you considering or interested in Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct
Routing)?

This question falls outside the scope of FOIA as it is seeking opinion and
not information held.

 

 5. The name (separately) and email address of the primary contact for
this contract?

               £ 40000

 

Mobile phone contracts

        1. Who is your current mobile phone provider?

                University contract is with Vodafone, procured through the
Government Network Services Framework RM1045

 

        2. How many mobile connections?

                35 voice only devices

            239 voice and data devices

            64 data only devices

                

        3. When is the contract up for renewal?

Contract expiry was 7 May 2020.  Contract review/procurement currently on
hold due to staff availability - any new subscriptions    will continue to
be called off under the terms of expired contract.

 

        4. How long do you contract for (24 or 36 months)?

                24 months

 

        5. The name (separately) and email address of the primary contact
for this contract?

                Approx. £60,000 per annum covering new devices,
subscription charges and call charges.
