2. How many users of the telephony system? 350
3. When is the contract up for renewal? N/a – we have a rolling contract
4. If it isn't a VoIP system, will that be a consideration for the next
contract cycle? No information held
5. The name (separately) and email address of the primary contact for this
contract? ? This contract falls under the remit of Tom Moore, Head of
Business Technology. His email address is exempt in line with s40(2) FOIA.

2. How many mobile connections? 395
3. When is the contract up for renewal? N/a – this is a rolling contract

contract
5. The name (separately) and email address of the primary contact for this
contract? This contract falls under the remit of Tom Moore, Head of

No – The Crown Estate is not part of central government.
