Thank you for your request for information dated 14 September 2020 which I
have dealt with under the terms of the FoIA.

 

You have requested information in relation to our mobile and telephony
contracts. I can confirm that we hold the information and is listed below:

 

Telephony System:

 1. What is your current telephony system? Cisco UC integration for
Microsoft Lync via UCCaaS through Verizon
 2. How many users of the telephony system? 500
 3. When is the contract up for renewal? 8 August 2021
 4. If it isn't a VoIP system, will that be a consideration for the next
contract cycle? Our current plan is to move to a Microsoft Teams
Calling Plan in late 2020 via our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
 5. The name and email address of the primary contact for this contract?

Mobile Phone Contracts:

 1. Who is your current mobile phone provider? O2
 2. How many mobile connections? 481 (reducing to 400 under new contract)
 3. When is the contract up for renewal? October 2020. A direct award to
O2 under CCS RM 3808, Network Services 2, Lot 6 (Mobile voice and data
services) is in progress.
 4. How long do you contract for (24 or 36 months)? 24 months
 5. The name and email address of the primary contact for this contract?

Crown Commercial Services Framework:

(previously RM1045)
 2. Do you procure through the G-Cloud framework? We have not yet decided
the procurement routes for telephony or our Contact Centre Services,
but we will certainly consider the use of Network Services 2 and
G-Cloud for these procurements.
