Dear Law Commission,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee do hereby make a request under any Enactment and Statutory Instrument issued by any Minister of the Crown.

1) I believe that the Law Commission had issued some consultation on Misfeasance in Public Office and Misconduct in Public Office at Common Law.
When will the Report be presented the Parliament since there is Mal-Administration in the Judicial and Tribunal System.

2) I was given Leave of the Court that I could take Legal Proceedings against than Mr Justice Park who was a High Court Judge in the Chancery Division-
There was no Order drawn and Sealed by the Private Secretary for the Chancellor of the High Court at the time in the year 2005.

If you are going to Publish in your Report.

3) There were other High Court Judges who had refused Permission to Appeal Direct from the High Court of Justice to The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom before, But the Legislation had changed by another Parliament Act

4) Section 55 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 does apply for Second Appeals, and the Refusal to have Permission to Appeal under Section 54 of the Access to Justice Act 1999.
How many Applications for Permission to Appeal as Second Appeal have been Refused.

Dear LAWCOM (FOI),

I, Believe that you are aware under the Courts Act 2003, there were three Bodies which had been created.

1) The Civil Procedure Rule Committee
2) The Family Procedure Rule Committee
3) The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee

The Crime and Courts Act 2013
This had made some changes also.

Misfeasance in Public Office is a Civil Claim which is for the Civil Department.

Official Misconduct in Public Office at Common-Law this is a Criminal Law. This is for the Criminal Law Team

The Law Commission had prepared a report for the Overseas Divorces, where there is a difference under the Family Law Act 1986.
Under Part 3- Declaration of Marital Status-

The Petition must first be served on the HM Attorney General
and After a Period of 30 Days, this should be filed at the Court.
The Time Frame is a Period of One Year.

This is also Region or Belief under the Equality Act 2010.

Letter of Request to an Overseas Country- Since many Countries abroad have different type of Constitutions and Mandate, where all countries are members of the United Nations General Assembly.

Yours sincerely,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
