Minutes of T.A. Meetings

The request was refused by Leeds City Council.

Dear Leeds City Council,
I have had difficulty in obtaining copies of minutes of committee meetings Wykebeck valley tenants association. I made a similar request in January 2013,which was partially successful. I received minutes by e-mail until July of this year, then they stopped. I contacted the chair(Mrs Moon)on several occasions but got no reply. I tried to raise the matter at the agm in October of this year. The Chair refused answer. The Area Manager and Deputy were present at this meeting .I understand that Housing had agreed to put minutes on line but I can find no record of them. All members including housing staff are e-mailed copies of minutes(as I used to be). I feel that members of a recognised tenants association should be supplied with minutes of all meetings. As the Chair refuses to deal with matter I fat as copies are supplied to housing staff they should be able to assist with this matter

Dear Mr Dean

 

The Wykebeck Valley Tenants and Residents Association is a constituted
group and the minutes are their responsibility.  However the AGM minutes
are a different matter.  The established protocol is that the minutes from
the AGM are circulated with the papers for the next years AGM and are
signed off as a correct record at that point.   Only Area Panels minutes
are published on the website.

 

If you are not happy with how your request for information has been
