Dear UAS Foi,
As of today this request is two weeks passed the date which it should have been responded to. You have previously stated that you were on holiday for two weeks over the Christmas period so I expect the response should be with me by the latest Wednesday end of day. If i have still not received the information by then i will presume the request has been denied and ask for an internal review.
Yours sincerely,
Andrew Taylor
Dear Mr Taylor,

Dear University of Oxford,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of University of Oxford's handling of my FOI request 'Minutes of Socially Responsible Investment Review committee meeting'.
Information relating to all three of the questions asked was withheld and redacted, even though there is considerable public interest in the decisions ad deliberations relating to divestment. I consider the justifications for this action unfounded and would like these decisions reviewed.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Taylor
Dear Mr Taylor,
I write to acknowledge receipt of your request for an internal review of
the University’s letter of 30 January 2015.
The University’s aim is to respond to internal review requests within 20
working days, and, in any event, to take no longer than 40 working days in
total.
Our target therefore is to send you a substantive response by 27 February
2015 or, failing that, by 27 March.
Yours sincerely

Dear UAS Foi,
Please could you let me know the exceptional circumstances that have led to Oxford University to take longer than the recommended 20 working days?
Yours sincerely,
Andrew Taylor

Can I complain if a public authority refuses my request or I am dissatisfied with the way it has been dealt with?
Yes. You should first complain to the authority and ask it to conduct an internal review. For freedom of information complaints we recommend that you do this as soon as possible and within two months of receiving the authority’s final response
For environmental information complaints you should make your complaint within 40 working days.
The Information Commissioner’s Office recommends that public authorities carry out internal reviews within 20 working days. Under Environmental Regulations Information there is a legal requirement that internal reviews must be carried out as soon as possible and within 40 working days. The authority cannot charge for carrying out an internal review.
If you believe that the public authority has not dealt with your complaint properly, or if it does not have a complaints procedure, we may be able to help.
