Dear Leigh-on-Sea Town Council,
I represent the applicants (212, Leigh Road) in the matter of a new premises licence.
LTC has raised representations to the matter stating that it was 'discussed by the committee' and it was resolved 'to object'.
I wish to see minutes of the meeting at which the resolution was reached in order to examine the grounds for the representation.
