Minutes of Evidence, Third Report of the DTI Committee 1998
Eleanor Shaikh made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy
Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.
Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,
In January 1998 the DTI Select Committee produced its Third Report which it published in April 1998 alongside the Government’s response to its findings.
The Third Report does not, however, publish the Minutes of Evidence, the transcript of the oral session of 26th November 1997. Nor does the Third Report publish the memoranda and appendices to the evidence which are identified.
I would be most grateful if you would release the Minutes of Evidence which are cited in the body of the Third Report and, if the time/cost limit of FOI requests allow, please can you disclose all memoranda & appendices supporting the evidence submitted.
