Dear Mr Davies,

Thank you for your recent FOI request. Please find below the College's response to your questions.

"Please provide minutes and papers of Council, 18 May 2018"

The minutes of the 18th May 2018 meeting of Council are being held back from publication for a short time because they include information that would harm the College's commercial interests if released. The full set of minutes will be published online once the subject of the redacted minute has been resolved, and the commercial sensitivity removed.

The minutes of Council meetings are published online once they have been formally approved: http://www.imperial.ac.uk/admin-services...

Please note that the College does not routinely publish the individual papers considered at Council meetings; only the minutes of the meeting are made publicly available.

I am obliged, under the Freedom of Information Act, to inform you of our complaints procedures in case you are unhappy about the way in which your request has been dealt with. If you wish to complain about this response, you should contact the College Secretary at the address below.
