Dear Bristol City Council,

Thank you for letting me know.

Would you please limit the people involved to the mayor's office and executive director of growth and regeneration; and the dates specified from 1/1/18 to 1/9/19?

I hope that's more useful.

Yours sincerely,

Joanna Booth

Dear Bristol City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

Dear ‎Ms Booth‏

Freedom of Information Act 2000
From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with your
request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the
Freedom of information Act 2000. This is currently £ 450. We estimate that
the cost will be £625 to comply with your request.

Under the FOI Act, a public authority is not obliged to search for, or
compile some of the requested information before refusing a  request that
it estimates will exceed the appropriate limit. You may wish to narrow the
scope of your request by reducing the timeframe  and limiting the type of
information or focusing on the information that is most important to you.

Please note that any refined request we receive will be treated as a fresh
request and we cannot guarantee that any relevant exemptions  under the
FOI Act will not apply to a revised request.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should sent to [1][email address].

If you are still dissatisfied with the Council's response after the
internal review you have a right of appeal to the Information Commissioner
at:

The Information Commissioner's Office
Wycliffe House
Water Lane
Wilmslow

Telephone: 0303 123 1113

Dear Bristol City Council,

Many thanks for your reply.

Please amend the date on the request for emails [question 2 - as below**] to the following range: 1/1/2018 to 1/1/2020

**[[from original request]]
"2) Emails to/from representatives of Bristol City Council relating to the Bristol Housing Festival between 01/01/2017 ' 09/10/2019. Where an email has been identified please disclose the full thread for context. Please also search draft and (where possible) deleted email folders."

Please leave Question 1 as is.

Do let me know if this is not sufficient.

Yours sincerely,

Joanna Booth

Dear Bristol City Council,

Would you please check if limiting the request to just question one would make it suitable?

1) Minutes of meetings relating to the Bristol Housing Festival (recently incorporated into Housing Festival LTD) including any representatives of Bristol City Council
in the period between 01/01/2017 and 1/1/2020.

I have amended the time period as well.

Joanna Booth
