Dear Blackpool Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to respectfully request the following information:

With reference to the motion in respect of the need for a role of 'Minister for Older People' in Government which was successful and carried at the council meeting on 20 September 2017.

Can you please confirm the following and where appropriate, provide the requested documentation:

i) When did the Chief Executive write to the Prime Minister outlining the Council's view that such a role is required.
ii) Would you please provide me with copy of the above communication.
iii) Would you please provide me with a copy of the reply received along with any other relevant documentation.
