Millwall Dock - Inner and Outer- Dockside Maintenance Responsibilities

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Canal & River Trust,

Please can you advise whether any of the nearby freeholders/developments that surround Millwall docks, both inner and outer, have any responsibility for maintaining the dockside areas adjacent to their developments?

How frequently does the C&RT inspect the dockside walkways to ensure they are maintained correctly and there are no missing bricks/trip hazards?

The Land Registry does not hold any plans to identify what land surrounding the dockside the C&RT are freeholders of. Can the C&RT provide a map/plan to identify the land they are responsible for?

Yours faithfully,

Ralph Hardwick

Dear Canal & River Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Canal & River Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Millwall Dock - Inner and Outer- Dockside Maintenance Responsibilities'.

I acknowledge the receipt of a plan for Millwall Inner Dock.
No plan was provided for Millwall Outer Dock

I would be grateful of a plan of the C&RT responsibilities for the Millwall Outer Dock

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

Ralph Hardwick
