Microsoft

The request was partially successful.

Dear Central Office of Information,

Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Can you tell me how much is spent by public bodies each year on
Microsoft software licences, and what steps are taken to ensure
best value for these payments?

I appreciate that a comprehensive answer would be nigh on
impossible, so a best estimate, or specific figures for example
departments may be acceptable.

Yours faithfully,

Steve Elibank
