Metal Detecting

Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Fylde Borough Council fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Fylde Borough Council,

As the Fylde's public parks are merely 'managed' by Fylde Borough Council but actually 'belong' to the public. I believe it is my right as part owner of the parks to use my metal detector on them.

1. Please provide me with copies of the 'laws' etc in relation metal detecting in the Fylde's public parks.

2. Please provide me with details of how the council enforce this legislation and the penalties for ignoring it.

Yours faithfully,

Kirsty Eccles
