In 2016-2017, how many students accessed mental welfare counselling services and how long did it take for them to access these services after raising an issue? Are there any reports or statistics that indicate how effective the counselling services have been for students struggling with their mental health?

I am writing to let you know that the University of the Highlands and Islands does not hold the information that you request. The University operates as a collegiate federal partnership comprising of thirteen further and higher education colleges, specialist colleges and research institutions and tuition fees are collected directly by these independent institutions.
