Dear Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport,

Within the framework of on an ongoing study conducted by Transparency International, I hereby kindly request a list of meetings held between representatives of Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple and Amazon with officials from the department for Digital, Culture, media and Sport (DCMS) held between the 1st of November 2014 and the 31st of November 2019 on the subject of data protection (regulation 2016/679/EU; data protection bill 2018).

Where possible, please provide the following documents produced between the 1st of November 2014 and the 31st of November 2019.

1) a list of meetings between officials of the DCMS with representatives of Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple and Amazon. The list should include: date, the issues discussed, minutes and other reports of these meetings (if applicable);
2) Correspondence (i.e. any emails, notes, reports, briefings) between the DCMS and Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple & Amazon pertaining to influencing the UK's policy regarding EU data protection rules.
