Our response

1.                  Do you fund Medication Prompts?

Yes, we fund a range of prompts, reminders, automated dossett boxes and a
telephone prompting service. A type of intervention would be deployed
based on the risks, circumstance and intended outcomes for each individual
referred to our service.

This year we have had 2864 referrals into the service up to the end of
November and 334 have been recorded with a primary reason of medication
management. There has been an increase in demand overall this year due to
training which we have been providing to colleagues across the system.
