Dear Orkney NHS Board,

With regards to: May 2017, Staff suspension at Stronsay Practice.

Do not disregard this entire request based on any individual element.

Please provide the following information;

1) The names (if permissable) and positions of those on the Review Team for the instance surrounding the suspension of the Stronsay Practice staff in May 2017.

2) The minutes of any meetings regarding said instance.

3) The minutes and notes of meetings regarding the outcome of the Review.

4) Notes, minutes and documentation (redacted where necessary) from the review.

N.B. Being aware of statutory rights regarding freedom of information, all processes will be followed regarding timescales, if unmet, with the relevant actions. I.e. Informing the information commissioner or internal reviews where relevant.

I am writing to request an internal review of Orkney NHS Board's handling of my FOI request 'May 2017 suspension of Stronsay Practice staff and review.'.

My request has been denied in a way I feel is unlawful.
Response to Question 1:
Please be more specific about how Supplying the employees’ job titles would
would not be processing data fairly and lawfully.

Response to Question 2:
Please define which Part, Section and Subsection you believe exempts this information.
Also, please state why (despite ICO guidelines) the information is not being released with redactions.

I believe information has been withheld in entirety, even where redactions could avail release.
I believe that the information could be released with personal data redactions.
I believe that this information is being withheld in the interest of the public image of the public authority and not for the reasons stated. Especially considering the reasons stated are only partially complete and potentially inaccurate.
Redacted information is encouraged by the Information Commissioner;

The DPA places a high expectation on you to provide information in response to a SAR. As explained in chapter 5, you should ensure that your information management systems are well-designed and maintained, so you can efficiently locate and extract information requested by the data subjects whose personal data you process, asnwell as redact third party data where it is deemed necessary.
