Maximum processing time for premium service appointments
Dear Home Office,
1- Postal application for SET (O) can take up to 26 weeks. Is there a maximum processing time for same applications if submitted through premium service centres and not concluded in the same day?
2- Are these statistics audited?
3- Is there a defined set time for verification checks for evidence like Life in the UK or the English test? Is there a set time for organisation to respond to yourself if the verification could not be completed on the same day due to database not accessible for example?
Yours faithfully,
Amro
