Dear Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council,

Since November 2020 mask wearing has been mandatory in “Distribution Facilities” and the HSE says compliance monitoring is a Local Authority matter.

Can you please tell me:

How many such facilities, approximately, are within the Basingstoke and Deane area?

Since November how many of these have been inspected by the Local Authority for compliance with this law?

Of these inspections how many were pro-active - as opposed to re-active (acting on complaints or tip offs?)

Given many of these facilities are 24 hour how many inspections were done between 10pm and 6am?

Yours faithfully,

Primrose Jones
