Dear Oil and Gas Authority,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Oil and Gas Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Markwells Wood FDP/ Deed of variation'.

I asked for a copy of the Deed of Variation extending the term of the initial phase for PEDL 126

There was little pertinent information available in the attachment:
Scan2017 06 20 2156 001.pdf

I understand that the names were redacted but so were the terms of the License and all dates.
Please could you resend a proper copy of the Deed of Variation extending the term of the initial phase for PEDL 126for review including all dates and terms.

Many thanks,
Emily Mott

OGA FOI requests,

Dear Ms Mott,

Thank you for your email of 23 June, following up on our response, of 20
June, to your FOI request, in which you said " I understand that the names
were redacted but so were the terms of the License and all dates", and
requested "a proper copy of the Deed of Variation extending the term of
the initial phase for PEDL 126for review including all dates and terms".

I would like to clarify that the documents we sent you are the only Deeds
of Variation that were relevant to your request, and (apart from the
redaction of certain personal names that I described in my letter, and
which you noted without comment) that the documents you received were
unredacted. There is, therefore, no such document as you now request
beyond what you have already received.

When drafting a Deed of Variation, the OGA necessarily adheres to the
usual forms and words that govern such documents in this or any other
context.

I hope that this is helpful.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the way the OGA has handled your
request, you may still request a full internal review. A request for an
internal review should be made within 40 working days of the date of
receipt of the response to your request and should be addressed to:
