Dear Antrim and Newtownabbey District Council,

Under the The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) I would like to request the following information if held:

The information is in relation to outdoor markets using gazebos/marquees delivered by or for council under contract by a third party since Jan 2021.

1. How many times has any scheduled outdoor market been cancelled from January 2021 up to and including 16th Dec 2021 due to adverse weather.
2. Please provide your risk assessment in relation to the erection of council owned gazebos/marquees for outdoor markets.
3. Please provide your adverse weather policy/procedures in relation for outdoor markets which use council owned gazebos/marquees.
4. Please detail the specific wind speed to trigger the cancellation of an outdoor market if it is not contained within the adverse weather policy.
5. Please confirm what platforms are used to obtain the wind speed information before cancelling an outdoor market.
