This request relates to UK Legislation, specifically TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections.

Q. Are you responsible for any hospitals with more than 12kw of air conditioning present?
Q. Who is the responsible person for ensuring that your hospitals are inspected and reports lodged, please provide the name, address, email address and direct telephone number of the responsible person.
Q. If your TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection Certificates are in place, what is their expiry date?
Q. What was the order value of the works placed with the Company who undertook the work?
Q. How many Certificates were produced for each hospital within the trust?
Q. Was the TM44 Inspector independent as required under the Regulations?

This request relates to UK Legislation, specifically TM44 Air Conditioning
Inspections.

 

Q1. Are you responsible for any hospitals with more than 12kw of air
conditioning present?  - Yes

Q2. Who is the responsible person for ensuring that your hospitals are
inspected and reports lodged, please provide the name, address, email
address and direct telephone number of the responsible person. -
Operational Maintenance Manager – We do not disclose individual staff
details, if you wish to contact a member of staff you can write into the
address at the bottom of this email.

Q3. If your TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection Certificates are in place,
what is their expiry date? – Yes - 13/02/22

Q4. What was the order value of the works placed with the Company who
undertook the work? - 1st For Energy  - £3,640 + VAT

Q5. How many Certificates were produced for each hospital within the
trust? - One certificate for the site was produced

Q6. Was the TM44 Inspector independent as required under the Regulations?
- Yes

Q7. Name of the Inspector or Organisation. - 1st For Energy
