Mandatory job search activity for claimants of council tax support

The request was partially successful.

Dear Leeds City Council,

Please provide all and any documents in regard to which law can be applied in order to withdraw council tax support from a claimant of council tax support when there is no change to the claimant's circumstances.

For the purpose of this request and the avoidance of all doubt, I am specifically referring to claimants of council tax support who, for whatever reason, choose not to participate in the personal work support package offered by Leeds City Council.

Thank you, in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,

Nigel Lawrence
