Response:

Dumfries and Galloway is a stock transfer authority and as such does not have a Housing Department. Housing Options and Homelessness Services sits within the Financial Wellbeing and Revenues Services of the Neighbourhood Services in the Councils Communities Directorate. The structure with the most senior officer listed first is as follows:-

Derek Crichton - Communities Director
Harry Hay - Head of Neighbourhood Services
Lorna Campbell - Financial Wellbeing and Revenues Manger (Senior Officer responsible for Housing Options and Homeless Service)
Joanne Weir - Homeless Team Leader
