I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following information regarding your facilities management approach:
• If any, which software solution(s) are used to manage your corporate property/assets, ownerships and occupations, lease agreements and facilities management (CAFM), and who are your current provider(s)?
• What is the start date and duration of the contract(s)?
• Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) will be extended or renewed?
• What is the annual value of the contract(s)?
• What is the total contract value of each contract?
• How was the contract(s) procured, e.g., framework/tender?
• Who is the senior officer responsible for these systems?

2022. We have considered your request and enclose the following

Estates use Microsoft products such as word, outlook, excel and
internet-based products.
Property use Building Energy Management Systems for monitoring and
management of heating systems, Cylon controls and TREND.
• What is the start date and duration of the contract(s)?
Property - No ongoing contract with Cylon.
• Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration
of the extension?
Property – Not applicable for Cylon.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) will be extended
or renewed?
Property – Not applicable for Cylon.
• What is the annual value of the contract(s)?
Property - No annual cost for Cylon, just ad hoc costs for repairs as they
arise.
• What is the total contract value of each contract?
Property – Not applicable for Cylon
• How was the contract(s) procured, e.g., framework/tender?
Property - Tender for Cylon.
• Who is the senior officer responsible for these systems?
Property - For Cylon, the officers responsible are the building managers,
such as head teachers, leisure centre managers and facilities managers.
They are all supported centrally by the authorities’ energy manager.
We supply this information based on your original request and
clarification response. If this is not what you wanted or if you feel we
