Can you please advise how many staff have had disciplinary action/ inefficiency action, in the form of a written warning, final written warning or dismissal, during the period March 2020 to date. Those staff only who have indicated Covid 19 or Long Covid as a contributing factor to their absence. Please provide the information by Department.
