MALICIOUS PROSCUTION, show trial

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Her Majesty's Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate,
I'm writing to ask if proscution can peruse a case in trial in front of a jury and the media and convict someone with serious charges and hand them a 13year prison sentence. The charges are gbh sec18. Without actual evidence, the trial was malious and a show, cps persuaded this case even with the alleged stating she doesn't want to press charges, doesn't want to go court ( she was actually arrested and given a 2month prison sentence suspended for 12months!!)
Her reason not wanting to Do any statment which was forced upon her by Thames valley police, literly forced on her and threaten to inform social services that she wasn't acting protective of her children if she didn't do a statment and he said he will have no choice but to have her children removed!
Clearly doctors and the police saw the alleged victim and knew she had just had a baby, her records state her mental health also.
Postnatal, and chronic anxiety.
Her 1st statement wasn't true, she can't even remember actually doing it and that statment was used in court in trial to convict a man. There was a further statment made days later with the facts and truth of what happend. That was not taken in consideration or used for the trial.
Cps made there own version of events to convict a man and have a heavy sentance.

prosecutorial misconduct is "an illegal act or failing to act, on the part of a prosecutor, especially an attempt to sway the jury to wrongly convict a defendant or to impose a harsher than appropriate punishment."[1] It is similar to selective prosecution. Prosecutors are bound by a sets of rules which outline fair and dispassionate conduct.[2]

Massive misconduct in this case.
So how on earth is it allowed for a man an innocent man to face 13years in prison for something he hasn't done, proscution malipulated a jury with his past convictions. Last conviction was 10years ago.

Proscution also declared witness as hostile stating she's a lier
She told the truth at court and was slammed as a lier " typical victim "

show trial is a public trial in which the judicial authorities have already determined the guilt of the defendant. The actual trial has as its only goal the presentation of both the accusation and the verdict to the public

Is this acceptable?
Can one appeal there conviction?
Can cps push a trial without evidence of the charges they have placed?
Is it a fair trial?

I look very forward in hearing your response

faithfully,

Kayley
