Maladministration - Council Tax Demands for Croydon

We're waiting for A Best to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Local Government Ombudsmen,

I should like to know how many complaints of maladministration have been made to the LGO against Croydon Council Tax Department since April 2008.

Of these complaints, what percentage has resulted in a finding by the LGO of maladministration? What percentage has resulted in a finding by the LGO of maladministration causing loss, distress & harassment?
