Dear Watford Borough Council,
I understand that at last nights full Council Meeting the Mayor explained that the council had been looking at possible sites for Farm Terrace Allotments should the site be closed in the finalised plans for the Health Campus Project.
The Mayor also explained that these possible sites were being discussed at an ongoing Major Projects Board.
Therefore, under the Freedom of Information Act, please can you provide the agenda, meeting notes and subsequent actions from the Major Project Board meetings that specifically discuss allotments including Farm Terrace.
