Thank you for your request for information that was received on 5 January

Dear Liverpool City Council,

It was recently reported in a Council document that Councillor Qadir was
lobbying the Mayor for planning permission over a site he was linked to.
Based on this please provide the following:

1. The emails between Councillor Abdul Qadir and Joe Anderson whereby he
lobbied the Mayor for planning position for the site known as 289- 295
Vauxhall Road, Liverpool L5 8TY

2. Correspondence and background papers between PAMS, MV Canal Limited and
their agents as referred to in report PAMS/10/14?

3. All correspondence between M V Canal and Legal Services over the site
known as 289- 295 Vauxhall Road, Liverpool L5 8TY?

4. All correspondence between M V Canal and Financial Management Services
over the site known as 289- 295 Vauxhall Road, Liverpool L5 8TY?
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and we aim to send a response by 2 February 2023.
