Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner,

I am writing to request the information regarding the red light camera that was positioned on the exit slip of the M6 at croft interchange that leads onto the M62 East bound.

I made a successful FOI request to Highways England requesting info on the cost of the red light camera that was only live for 11 months at this location.

I'd like to ask how much revenue that camera made, how many penalities were issued before it was removed.

Is there an intention to re-instate it after the the smart motorway works are complete?

Who sanctioned £104k installation cost to install the camera when it was blatantly obvious that further works were due soon and the camera would be removed less than 12 months of being commissioned.

Yours faithfully,

Michael Reay
