LSE BSc Accounting & Finance - Dates of Offers 2020

The request was partially successful.

Dear London School of Economics,

I would like to request the dates of offers given out for the undergraduate BSc Accounting & Finance during the most recent UCAS application cycle 2020.

I would also like to request a list of the dates in which BSc A&F offers were sent out, as well as the number of offers that were sent out on each of the dates.

If the list could model the below:

Date 1 - 10 offers
Date 2 - 15 offers
Date 3 - 20 offers

Lastly, if possible, could I also receive the of offer holders predicted grades.

If the list could model the below:

A* A* A* - 10 Offers
A* A* A - 20 Offers
A* A A - 20 Offers
A A A - 20 Offers

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

T Mason

Thank you for your email. As you will appreciate, information requests
place additional demands on the School in terms of costs and staff time.
At present we are having to prioritise our finite resources in order to
meet the unprecedented challenges we are facing during the Coronavirus
(COVID-19) pandemic.  As such, we need to advise you that while we will
continue to process individual requests, you may experience some delay in
our response during the current pandemic.

Dear Tonya

Further to your recent FoI request, the Schools response is provided it
the attached spreadsheet.

Could I ask you to think about the underlying question that is prompting
your data request. If you are attempting to find out what are your chances
of getting a place, remember that this cannot be answered by reference to
data. Applications are considered on their individual merits, based on a
holistic view of your supporting documents in the context of the current
cohort. Figures from previous years will not offer any insight on your
application. Your best way to find the answer is to apply.

If you think that the information provided does not meet your request,
contact Rachael Maguire on 020 7849 4622 or write to Louise Nadal, School
Secretary, London School of Economics and Political Science, Houghton
Street, London, WC2A 2AE. We will then review the response to your request
and get back to you within 20 working days. You can also contact the
Information Commissioner's Office [1]http://www.ico.gov.uk/, though they
expect the internal review to be carried out before receiving a complaint
directly.
