Dear Newry, Mourne and Down District Council,

Please tell me how much the Council requested by way of bond or fee for the use of its land, by the District Orange Lodges, Royal Purple Chapters and Royal Black District Perceptories on:

- 12th July 2015, 16, 17, 18 and 19; and
- Saturday 25th August 2018

If an event on those dates did not use Council land then please disregard it.

In each occasion please confirm if the bond or fee was reimbursed after the event

You have requested from Newry, Mourne and Down District Council
information in relation to Loyal orders land use.

 

I confirm your request will be processed as a request under the Freedom of

there is a reason to withhold all or part of the information requested.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email received  17/04/2019 and your request for
information therein.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you have requested information
in relation to Loyal Orders land use.  I confirm your request has now been
processed as a request under the terms of the Act and, accordingly, please
see Council's response below.

Please tell me how much the Council requested by way of bond or fee for
the use of its land, by the District Orange Lodges, Royal Purple Chapters
and Royal Black District Perceptories on:

 

- 12th July 2015, 16, 17, 18 and 19; and

- Saturday 25th August 2018

If an event on those dates did not use Council land then please disregard

In each occasion please confirm if the bond or fee was reimbursed after
the event

 

On 12th July 2018  Council owned  Donard  Park in Newcastle was used for
the 12^th July demonstrations at a cost of £145.00. The fee was not
reimbursed.

 

If you wish to discuss the above, please do not hesitate to contact me
