Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Please can I request copies of any correspondence with the ambulance, fire or police services since March 2020 regarding 'low traffic neighbourhoods' (LTN) schemes?

Please also provide copies of impact assessments carried out and any analysis conducted on LTNs possible effects on emergency service response times.

Richards Maurice, Haringey Borough Council

Dear Mr Rymer,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/10203120

Thank you for your request for information received on 21 August 2020, in
which you asked for the following:

 1. Please can I request copies of any correspondence with the ambulance,
fire or police services since March 2020 regarding 'low traffic
neighbourhoods' (LTN) schemes
 2. Please also provide copies of impact assessments carried out and any
analysis conducted on LTNs possible effects on emergency service
response times

My response is as follows:

We have 3 LTNs proposed as part of our  [1]London Street Space Programme
to TfL however all three bids are currently unfunded hence at this stage
of the project we have no detailed proposal on which we would consult the
emergency services or would conduct any analysis to the impact of the
measures on emergency vehicle response times. If and when the schemes are
funded we will develop measures as part of the proposals and conduct the
necessary statutory consultation with the emergency services.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request, you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [2]Corporate
Feedback Team.  (Please note you should do so within two months of this
response.)

Yours sincerely,
