Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Ashfield District Council,

Please provide me with a list of items and the value of the individual items that have been reported as lost, stolen, misplaced or missing by any member of staff or person working on behalf of the Council in the last four calendar years or discovered missing when taking inventory. I set a lower limit of £25 per individual item WITH THE EXCLUSION of data storage devices or media, including optical storage, for which I set NO lower limit.

I would like you to identify what type of information was held or believed to be held on any data storage device or media on your list. For simplicity the following descriptors will suffice for the purposes of this particular request.

"personal", "sensitive personal", "financial" or "other"

Should you consider any of the information you hold in relation to my request exempt I ask you to provide a full explanation of your public interest argument.

This information is to be provided electronically to me.

Yours faithfully,

Max Torre

Dear Ashfield District Council,

Further to my request should you consider that answering this request will exceed the £450 fee limit please start with the most current year, January to December 2009, and work backwards until the limit is met.

Yours faithfully,

Max Torre

Dear J.Wright,

I remind you that the 20 working day statutory time limit for the provision of a response to a request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 has expired. Since you have not contacted me to explain the reason for the delay or request additional time for the consideration of the public interest test you are now breaking the law.

I now request an official review into the handling of my request.

Since you do not appear to be familiar with the law allow me to explain that the Information Commissioners Office or ICO, the regulatory body with responsibility for the Freedom of Information Act, have stated that internal reviews should take no longer than 20 working days to complete.

Any further delays or obfuscation will be reported to the ICO without hesitation.

Yours sincerely,

Max Torre
