Looking for absolute stop and search numbers in the UK
Dear Office for National Statistics,
I would like to understand why this document
https://www.ethnicity-facts-figures.serv...
It does not provide absolute numbers, but instead includes numbers based on per-thousand of the population in proportion.
Can you provide the rationale for reporting these numbers in this way?
Can you please publish, or provide me with the actual raw data from which you have derived these proportional numbers, ideally just provide the absolute numbers you used to establish the numbers reported?
Yours faithfully,
Gerry
