Long term empty commercial property in swale

We're waiting for ken rayment to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Swale Borough Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:

(a) addresses of “long term empty” Commercial properties that are
within Swale Borough Council area; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

to empty Non Domestic Properties.

 

Please find attached a spread sheet with the information I have been able
to provide.

 

The list contains all NDR properties currently empty with the date they
became empty. You can then decide which properties you feel are “long term
empties”.

 

I hope this answers your request satisfactorily, but should you be
dissatisfied with the information provided you should send your complaint
to the Council's Freedom of Information Officer at Swale Borough Council,
Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT.  Should you remain
dissatisfied you can appeal against the decision by contacting the
