Long-term detention statistics at Low Secure Units

I should be obliged to be informed the number, as of today's date, of Service Users detained under the mental health act in Low Secure Units in England, both NHS and private, who have been detained for more than 15 years.

I should also be obliged to be informed the number, as of today's date, of Service Users detained under the mental health act in Low Secure Units in England, both NHS and private, who have been detained for more than 20 years.
