Dear Network Homes,

Please supply the following information:

1. Why neither yourselves or a developer would have obtained an affordable housing grant when building a affordable rent home. Although you state otherwise, it is incomprehensible to me that neither yourself or a developer would have obtained available grant funding.
2. Please clarify why you are charging residents living in homes in Greater London, completed in 2019, whereby funding from the GLA was available, rents that are far beyond London Affordable Rents.
3. Please clarify if you have ever set any individuals rent charge, at a level higher than is typical, for politically motivated reasons.

Yours faithfully,

Request refused by senior employee, via alternative communication method. I guess the more they can charge for social housing the better for them? I find it incomprehensible that certain available grants would not have been obtained by someone involved, whether the social housing provider or developer. If it wasn’t, can’t help but wonder why?
