Logan Peters killed himself following Devon and Cornwall police custody

Gwrthodwyd y cais gan Devon and Cornwall Constabulary.

Dear Devon and Cornwall Constabulary,

Can you let me know the names of the officer / officers who failed to address Mr Peters' complaint or record Mr Peter's complaint about force used and the unauthorized strip search at Charles Cross station in Plymouth.

This is not an isolated incident, this is a safeguarding question, I am asking this question as I believe your force will cause the death of another vulnerable adult, teenager or child because of the way it deals with complaints by vulnerable adults, teenagers or children.

Thomas Orchard

This is a safeguarding question.

I have this question before, your force refused to answer I asked for an internal review, your force refused to answer the question, I have contacted the information commissioner, the information commissioner has advised me to ask this specific question again as the first time I asked a number of questions jointly.

Yours faithfully,

G Bourke

Dear Devon and Cornwall Constabulary,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Devon and Cornwall Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Logan Peters killed himself following Devon and Cornwall police custody'.

There are a number of reasons I am requesting this it is in the Public Interest to disclose the names of the officers involved, Logan Peters committed suicide in 2014 due to the fact that officers refused to record Mr Logans complaint, it may take the IPCC a number of years to publish its findings, from the time of now and the time of the IPCC publishes its findings a number of vulnerable adult will be dealt with by officers in Plymouth to protect them I want to expose the names of the officers who refused to record Mr Logans complaint, as I have said before this is a safeguarding issue, my FOI request is to protect vulnerable adults.

This is a safeguarding question to prevent this happening again to other vulnerable adults I want to expose your officers so police in Plymouth will think twice before they refuse to record crimes or complaints committed by police officers against vulnerable adults.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,

G Bourke

FOI, Devon and Cornwall Constabulary
