Dear Mr Davies
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. I apologise for the delay in responding to you.
Please find below the College's response to your questions.
"Please publish your log of FoI requests from 1 January 2013 to date"
Please find attached a spreadsheet showing the list of the Freedom of Information requests received by the College from 1st January 2013 to 19th August 2018.
All personal information has been removed, in line with Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act, which states that "any information to which a request for information relates is also exempt information if - (a) it constitutes personal data."
The spreadsheet shows the requests in the order they were received by the College. Please note that the Freedom of Information Act allows for any person, to request any information from the College, whether or not the College may hold this information.
Please note that each request description has been checked as far as possible for clarity; contextual information has been added where available; and fuller descriptions have been given in instances where the College would otherwise routinely use acronyms or a form of shorthand (for example using UCAS course codes such as A100, C700 etc).
I am obliged, under the Freedom of Information Act, to inform you of our complaints procedures in case you are unhappy about the way in which your request has been dealt with. If you wish to complain about this response, you should contact the College Secretary at the address below.
