Dear Homes England,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Homes England's handling of my FOI request 'Location of Bristol's arena'.

It would appear that this information is available but is being withheld. Given the importance of the decision about the Bristol Arena, and that the Chair of Homes England appeared to publicly support moving the arena out of the city centre to the edge of the city (in contravention of the sequential test), I believe there is a public interest in understanding the behaviour and decision-making process of Homes England in relation to the location of Bristol's arena.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,

S Thomas
