Dear South Staffordshire District Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of South Staffordshire District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Local Plan 1996'.
[ SSDC have refused to answer this question in there reply they claim they have answered this several times.
However the question this time was what legal documents were used to determine the green belt boundaries .
Answer they did not have legal documents in place to draw boundaries and this was guessed.
However there are now documents available which have been in vaults for sixty years and been before the high court at london to establish the exact boundary.
These will be presentd at the fortcomming local plan.
SSDC will be aware that the new plan is evidence lead, job done]
