Dear Kent County Council,

Decision :Upheld

Decision date :02 Jul 2021

The Agreed action by KCC was:

The Council has agreed that, within three months, it will:

carry out an audit of children of compulsory school age who are on roll but have not attended school for more than 15 school days and where alternative provision is not being supplied, to ensure there is an assessment of their educational needs and how these are being met.
3)The Council should provide us with evidence of how it has completed these actions.

I request copies of:
1)copies of the above Policies. minutes of meeting relating to the Policy drafting showing officers involved in making such Policy.
2)Evidence and content of the training that has been carried out with dates and details of who delivered the training.
