I would like to know,

a) how many findings of maladministration the local government ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years.

b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in full or in part, has refused to accept.

c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local government ombudsman's recommended remedy.

Dear Mrs. Johnson

I am writing to confirm that the Council has now completed its search
for the information which you requested on 24 August. The information
you requested is as follows.

a) how many findings of maladministration the local government
ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years.

Response: Due to changes in the way that we record and maintain this
information we are able to provide information for the last three years
only, no other information is held. The Local Government Ombudsman will
be able to provide historical information.

There have been no findings of maladministration for the last 3 years.

b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in
full or in part, has refused to accept.

c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted
but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local
government ombudsman's recommended remedy.
