Local Application of Joint Working Agreement

Mrs D Havercroft made this Freedom of Information request to NHS Protect This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

NHS Protect did not have the information requested.

Dear NHS Protect,

This FOI request relates to this document "Tackling violence and antisocial behaviour in the NHS -Joint Working Agreement between the Association of Chief Police Officers,
the Crown Prosecution Service and NHS Protect"

http://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/Documents/Secur...

specifically the following clauses:

"3.4.
Local implementation
3.5.
This protocol should be implemented locally by a service level agreement between the parties and any other organisations or bodies that the parties think appropriate. The service level agreement should strongly reflect the national policy. The delivery of local agreements within the framework of this agreement will be consistent with the protocols and standards listed in annex A. As CPS areas/police service boundaries will cover a number of NHS bodies, it is expected that such agreements will be coordinated by the NHS Protect Area Security Management Specialist rather than individual Local Security Management Specialists (LSMSs)."

In the light of the fact that it is expected that local agreements will be coordinated by the NHS Protect Area Security Specialist, Please provide me with:

1. Copies of the local service level agreements which relate to the following NHS bodies:

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust
North Bristol NHS Trust
Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust
Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust
Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group
South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group

2. The contact details for the NHS Protect Area Security Specialist responsible for coordinating the local service agreements relating to the NHS bodies listed above.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs D Havercroft
